Low Listing Fees From Home Sellers

When you sell your home with any brokerage, on average you pay your agent 3% listing fee, and the buyer's agent 3%, for a total commission of 6%. 

At St. Michael Realty, we charge only 1% ($5,999 minimum) listing fee and you pay the buyer's agent 2%, for a total commission of 3%.

Our goal is to help you do this, but with a lot more money going in your pocket than our pocket.  For example, if your sell a $600,000 home with any brokerage on average you pay your agent 3% listing fee, and the buyer's agent 3%, for a total commission of $36,000. If you sell with us, we charge only 1% ($5,999 minimum) listing fee and you pay the buyer's agent 2%, for a total commission of $17,999. So St. Michael Realty seller saves 50%, you save $ 18,001.

The answer is so simple; We don't have a fancy office, franchise fees, broker splits, or other overhead that other traditional agents have, so we pass those savings on to you. We absolutely never collect anything if your home does not sell.
